Founder & Principal Consultant Kim Fung Nam has over two decades of leadership experience in global finance. Having led cross-functional teams, managed complex projects and built operating models that delivered multi-million-dollar results, Kim has seen what strong structure and disciplined operations look like at scale. For the past several years, Kim has applied this experience in Fractional COO and advisory roles within small and mid-sized organizations, building operational functions for start ups and advising leaders in health, non-profit and community-impact sectors.
